Fixings 

  • 3 tablespoons safflower oil, partitioned (any high-heat oil works, as well) 
  • 3 substantial eggs, whisked 
  • 1 glass diced yellow onions (around 1/2 extensive onion)

  • 1 substantial carrot, stripped and diced

  • 2 scallions, cut 
  • 3 tablespoons slashed basil 


Guidelines 

  1. Warmth 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a wok or expansive sauté dish over medium-high warmth. At the point when the container is hot, include the whisked eggs and scramble it with a spatula.
