You’ll Need:

  1. 5 pounds new red potatoes, skin left on 
  2. 1 tablespoon salt 
  3. 6 room-temperature uncooked eggs 
  4. 3 tablespoons white vinegar, separated 
  5. 1 ½ tablespoons juice vinegar 
  6. 1 container finely minced sweet onion 
  7. 2 teaspoons celery salt 
  8. 1 teaspoon white pepper 
  9. 1 teaspoon poppy seeds 
  10. ¼ container white sugar 
  11. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 
  12. 3 containers mayonnaise (we suggest Hellmann's or custom made) 
  13. 1/3 container additional virgin olive oil 
  14. 1/3 container canola oil 

How to Make:

  1. Spot washed unpeeled potatoes in an extensive pot and spread with water to around 6 creeps above potatoes. Include one tablespoon salt and heat to the point of boiling.   2.
