Everything Bagel Flavoring 

  • 2 tsp poppy seeds 
  • 2 tsp onion pieces 
  • 2 tsp garlic pieces 
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds 
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt 


Fixings 

  • 1 lb locally acquired or custom made pizza batter 
  • 1 14 oz container of locally acquired pizza sauce 
  • 10-12 oz mozzarella cheddar, destroyed 
  • 15-20 cups of good quality salami 
  • 1/4 of a red onion cut flimsy 
  • 1 little jalapeño seeded, meagerly cut 
  • 1/2 glass castelvetrano olives, pre-set (from olive bar) 
  • olive oil, for brushing edges and pizza skillet 
  • Everything Bagel Flavoring 
  • 1/4 glass nectar 
  • red pepper drops 




Technique 

  1. Warmth broiler to 500° F. 
  2. To make the everything bagel flavoring, blend all fixings in a little bowl and put aside. 
  3. Let pizza batter come to room temperature for 30 minutes before taking off onto a delicately floured surface with a moving pin.
