You’ll Need:

for the tofu ricotta
1 square additional firm tofu
1/4 glass Essentially Natural Healthful Yeast
1/4 glass non-dairy milk of decision ensure it's unsweetened
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ocean salt
1 teaspoon Essentially Natural Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Essentially Natural Parsley
1 glass cleaved spinach
for the tomato sauce
1 28oz can pounded tomatoes
2 teaspoon Essentially Natural Italian Flavoring
1 teaspoon Essentially Natural Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Essentially Natural Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon ocean salt
for the manicotti
1 lb manicotti noodles dark colored rice for sans gluten
1 glass veggie lover destroyed cheddar 


How to Make:

  1. Preheat the stove to 375ºF. 
  2. Spot the tofu on a paper towel-lined plate. With another paper towel or clean kitchen towel, press the tofu to expel a portion of the water. 
  3. Disintegrate the tofu into a nourishment processor and heartbeat together until brittle. Include the rest of the ricotta fixings (less the spinach) and heartbeat until for the most part smooth. Heartbeat in spinach.
