Fixings 

  • Serving of mixed greens: 
  • 1 glass fragmented almonds 
  • 8 strips bacon 
  • 1 romaine lettuce head 
  • 2 stalks wavy kale, stems evacuated 
  • 1 half quart cherry tomatoes, divided 
  • 1 glass destroyed mozzarella cheddar 
  • 1/2 glass destroyed Parmesan cheddar 
  • 1 glass bread garnishes, coarsely hacked 


DRESSING: 

  • 1/4 glass lemon juice 
  • 2-3 major garlic cloves, minced 
  • 3/4 glass olive oil 
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste 


Guidelines 

  1. Add the bacon to a cool skillet and broil until fresh. Expel to a paper towel-lined plate and permit to deplete, at that point slash the bacon into little pieces. 
  2. In a dry skillet, toast the fragmented almonds for a couple of minutes, blending regularly, until gently seared and fragrant. Cool. 
  3. Slash the kale and romaine into meager strips. In a bowl, hurl together the cherry tomatoes, cheeses, bread garnishes, nuts, and bacon. 
  4. In a little bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and garlic. Empty the oil gradually into the blend, whisking always. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Prepare the plate of mixed greens with the dressing and serve.
