Hello, all. Yups I come with very delicious recipes. This dish has a distinctive taste, all flavors are mixed together to create a super duper delicious taste.

The ingredients are still natural and easily available to all of you can try to make it immediately at home.

So, what are you waiting for? Feel and enjoy this dish and good luck.

Fixings

  • 1 little Hokkaido pumpkin (~ 600g)
  • 400g (solidified) cauliflower
  • 1 onion
  • 20g ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 5 cardamom cases
  • 3 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • squeeze ground cloves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 300ml coconut milk

Directions

  1. Wash the pumpkin, half it and expel the seeds. Cut into pieces and cook in a vast pot on medium warmth for ~15 minutes. When cooked, squash with a fork.
  2. Meanwhile, strip and finely cleave the onion. Mince the ginger and clove of garlic. Void the cardamom cases.
  3. Warmth an expansive dish over medium warmth with a tad of water and include the onion, ginger, garlic just as the cardamom seeds and cumin seeds. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, blending as often as possible so it doesn't consume.
  4. Include the rest of the flavors (garam masala, turmeric, coriander, ground ginger, ground cloves) and cook for another couple of minutes. Include a sprinkle of water in the event that it turns out to be excessively dry.
  5. Include the coconut milk and pounded pumpkin and blend well to join equitably. Let stew for ~10 minutes to thicken.
  6. Then, defrost the solidified cauliflower in the microwave, cut into chomp measured pieces and add to the curry.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve over rice or with vegetarian naan bread.

Thank you for coming to my blog and good luck
