You’ll Need:

  1. 1 pound best sirloin steak
  2. ½ teaspoon legitimate salt
  3. ½ teaspoon dark pepper
  4. ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 2 tablespoons stew paste* (see our note underneath)
  6. 1 tablespoon nectar
  7. 2 tablespoons additional virgin olive oil
  8. 2 limes, zested and squeezed

How to Make:

  1. Cut the steak into 1-inch strips. At that point cut again into ½-inch pieces. Spot the steak in a little bowl and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Blend until the steak is totally covered. Include the stew glue and nectar. Blend again until all the steak nibbles are covered in the blend.
  2. Spot a 10-inch cast iron skillet over medium-high warmth. When you can feel the warmth as you hold your hand 6 crawls over the container, include the oil. Twirl the oil around the container and promptly include the steak chomps in a solitary layer. The skillet will sizzle and murmur when you include the steak. On the off chance that it doesn't make a major sizzle, the container isn't sufficiently hot yet.............. full recipe here!
