  4. 1 container diced onion
  5. 1 container diced celery
  6. ¼ container hacked new parsley
  7. ½ teaspoon newly ground dark pepper
  8. 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  9. ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  10. ¼ container flour
  11. 1 quart low sodium chicken stock
  12. 1 container solidified green peas
  13. 1 container overwhelming cream
  14. Salt as required
  15. 2 sacks Achievement Jasmine Rice, see note

How to Make:

  1. Expel the meat from the rotisserie chicken and shakers into chomp measured pieces. (One two-pound cooked rotisserie chicken will yield around one pound of usable meat, comparable to around three measures of diced cooked chicken.)
  2. In a medium pot over medium high warmth, soften margarine and include carrots, onion, celery, parsley, pepper, thyme and garlic powder. Mix and cook for 5 minutes. Lower warmth to medium and include flour. Mix and cook for three additional minutes.
