Fixings 

  • 2 tablespoons oil 
  • 8 oz. meagerly cut pork stomach 
  • 1 vast onion, daintily cut 
  • 2 mugs kimchi 
  • 1½ teaspoons sugar 
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean red pepper glue) 
  • 2 segments of steamed medium grain rice 
  • 1 scallion, cleaved 

Guidelines 

  1. Warmth a wok or skillet over high warmth just until smoking. Include the oil, trailed by the pork midsection, and pan fried food for 1 minute (or until somewhat caramelized). 
  2. Include the onion, kimchi, and sugar, and cook for an extra 3 minutes. Include the gochujang and cook for one more moment.
