Fixings 

  • 500 g ribs ,select ribs from more youthful pigs 
  • 1/4 glass to 1/3 container starch 
  • oil for profound browning 
  • Marinating 
  • 6-8 garlic cloves ,generally slashed 
  • 3-4 cuts ginger 
  • 1 tbsp. light soy sauce 
  • 1/2 tsp. dim soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp. clam sauce 
  • 1 tsp. salt 
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper 
  • Dry zest blend plunge 
  • 1 tsp. salt 
  • 1 tbsp. bean stew pepper drops 
  • 1 tbsp. ground cumin 
  • Fiery plunge 
  • 1 Thai bean stew peppers ,cut into little circles 
  • 1 tbsp. light soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil 
  • ½ tbsp. dark vinegar 
  • 1 tsp. slashed garlic 
  • 1 tsp. slashed green onion 

Guidelines 

  1. Generally slash the garlic and flush under running water. Channel and put aside. 
  2. Absorb the ribs clean water for 30 minutes to evacuate the blood water.
