8 oz without gluten pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil , partitioned
2 shallots , diced (around 1/2 container)
3 garlic cloves , minced (around 2 tablespoons)

3 tablespoons quinoa flour
2 1/2 mugs vegetable stock
1/2 container coconut yogurt (or veggie lover yogurt of choice)*
1/3 container nourishing yeast
salt and pepper to taste
How to Make:
- Cook the pasta as indicated by the bundle instructions.**
- While the pasta is cooking, set up the sauce. Warmth 1 tablespoon olive oil in a substantial container. Include the shallot and saute until brilliant darker, around 2 minutes. Include the rest of the oil, garlic, mushrooms, and thyme, and saute until the mushrooms have mellowed, around 5 minutes.
