You’ll Need:

for the vegetables:
1 lb asparagus stalks
3 mugs cauliflower florets
3 mugs radishes , split
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon pepper flavoring
for the lemon turmeric sauce
1 tablespoon tahini
Juice of 1 lemon (around 2 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
for the dishes:
cooked veggies
3 mugs cooked quinoa cooled
2 mugs arugula
Lemon turmeric sauce
1 avocado 

How to Make:

  1. Preheat the broiler to 400 degrees F. Splash a preparing sheet with non-stick cooking shower and put aside.
